Safety guidelines
Caution!
To avoid risk of exposure to harmful microwaves:
• The microwave oven should not be used if the door or frame have been damaged.
• The microwave oven should only be repaired by skilled and qualified service personnel.
• Never open frame! Dangerous live voltage on certain exposed components inside! Risk of electric shock
on contact!
• The microwave oven should never be modified or taken apart.
• Never heat drinks or other foods in closed containers as they may explode.
• The microwave oven should not be used by children without adult supervision if they have not been
instructed on how to use the oven properly.
• Make sure there is enough free space around the oven so that no air intake or air exhaust is blocked.
• Use only dishes suitable for use in a microwave oven.
• Never leave the microwave oven unattended when heating food in plastic or paper packaging as there is
a risk the packaging might ignite.
• If smoke is detected switch off the oven immediately or pull out the plug. Leave the door closed to smother
any flames.
• Always shake or stir the content of baby bottles and similar containers before serving. Always check
the temperature of the contents before serving to prevent burns.
• Unshelled and hard-boiled eggs should not be heated in the microwave oven as they might explode even
after being heated.
• Bear in mind that dishes may be hot when you take them out after heating food in them in the microwave
oven. Always use a potholder or other protection so you do not burn yourself.
• Place the microwave oven on a dry and even surface.
• Do not place the oven where it could fall into water or some other liquid.
• Make sure the mains voltage is 230 and that the socket to which you connect the microwave oven
is earthed.
• Do not place the microwave oven and its electric cord where it could be bumped or jarred suddenly.
• Make sure the cord does not come in contact with hot surfaces – e.g., a hot cooker plate.
• Do not use the microwave oven if the cord or electric plug is damaged. Clean the oven regularly.
Take care to remove any food remains.
• Always pull the plug from the wall socket before you clean the oven.
• The microwave oven should be used and kept indoors only.
• Never start the microwave oven when it is empty. Sparks may be produced and the oven may be
seriously damaged.

Installing the rotating glass tray
• Never place the glass tray (D) upside down (the three
”bumps” in the middle should face downward).
• Both the glass tray (D) and the support ring (C) must be
in place each time you use the microwave oven.
• All food and dishes should always be placed on the
glass tray when defrosting or heating.
• If the glass tray or the support ring breaks contact
customer service.
• Select an even, dry surface on which to place
the microwave oven.
• Make sure the oven has enough space and
that no air intake or exhaust is blocked. Minimum
free space around oven id 7,5 cm; minimum free
space above oven is 30 cm.
• Do not remove the microwave oven’s feet.
They are needed to ensure sufficient ventilation
under the appliance.
• Place the microwave oven as far away from TVs
and radios as possible. The oven may interfere
with TV and radio reception when in use.

Suitable containers for use of microwave oven
We recommend microwave-proof dishes for preparing food. Glass, porcelain and special plastic materials
are suitable. Never use metal containers or dishes with gold or silver edges. Wooden dishes with wooden parts
are unsuited as the oven dries the wood and the wood may split.
Placement of the microwave oven
Installation & preparations
Unpack all parts and make sure they are undamaged. The box contains the following:
• Microwave oven
• Glass tray
• Glass tray support ring
• Instruction book

Use
1. Set power by turning the power knob to the desired
level (see power settings below).
2. Set the time by turning the time knob to the desired
time (max time 35 min.).
3. The microwave oven starts automatically once you
have set power and time.
4. A “ping” is heard when time is up.
5. Reset the time to ”0” as soon as you have removed
the food or when the oven is not going to be used.
6. Never start the microwave oven without food.
Sparks may be generated and the oven may be
severely damaged.

Observe during use!
• Place the microwave oven as far away from TVs and radios as possible. The microwave oven can cause
interference in TV and radio reception when in use.
• When heating at low power the oven lamp may go dim. This is quite normal.
• Steam is often produced when food is being prepared. Most of the steam escapes through the ventilation
openings but some steam will condense on cooler surfaces, e.g., on the oven window. This is quite normal.

Care and maintenance
• Always pull the plug from the wall socket before cleaning. Never immerse the microwave oven
in water to clean it.
• Dry the inside and outside of the oven with a soft, moist cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid solvents
or cleansers.
• Wash glass tray, support ring and rack in warm water with detergent.

• Om rök upptäcks, stäng genast av mikrovågsugnen eller drag ur stickproppen. Låt luckan vara stängd
för att kväva eventuella lågor.
• Innehållet i nappflaskor och liknande behållare för barnmat bör alltid röras eller skakas före servering.
Kontrollera alltid innehållets temperatur före servering för att undvika brännskador.
• Oskalade ägg samt hårdkokta ägg bör ej värmas i mikrovågsugn. Risk för att de exploderar, även efter
avslutad värmning.
• Rengör mikrovågsugnen regelbundet. Se till att avlägsna eventuella matrester.
• Placera mikrovågsugnen på ett torrt och jämt underlag.
• Placera inte mikrovågsugnen så att den kan falla ner i vatten eller annan vätska.
• Se till att spänningen i elnätet är 230 V och att du ansluter mikrovågsugnen till ett jordat uttag.
• Drag alltid ur stickproppen ur vägguttaget innan du rengör mikrovågsugnen.
• Utsätt inte mikrovågsugnen och dess nätsladd för slag eller stötar.
• Se till så att nätsladden inte kommer i kontakt med varma ytor, t.ex. en varm spisplatta.
• Använd inte mikrovågsugnen om nätsladden eller stickproppen är i skadat skick.
• Mikrovågsugnen får endast användas och förvaras inomhus.
• Tänk på att kärlen kan vara heta när du ska ta ut dem efter att du har värmt mat i dem i mikrovågsugnen.
Använd gärna grytlapp eller annat skydd för att inte bränna dig.
• Sätt aldrig igång mikrovågsugnen när den är tom. Det kan uppstå gnistor och ugnen kan gå sönder.

Installation & förberedelser
Packa upp alla delar och kontrollera att de är hela. Kartongen innehåller följande:
• Mikrovågsugn
• Glastallrik
• Stödring till glastallriken
• Instruktionsbok
Installera den roterande glastallriken
• Placera aldrig glastallriken (E) upp och ned (de tre
”klackarna” i mitten ska vara nedåt).
• Både glastallriken (E) och stödringen (D) måste vara
på plats varje gång du använder mikrovågsugnen.
• All mat och kärl ska alltid placeras på glastallriken vid
upptining och värmning.
• Om glastallriken eller stödringen går sönder, kontakta
kundtjänst.
Placering av mikrovågsugnen
• Välj ett jämt och torrt underlag att placera mikro-
vågsugnen på.
• Se till så att mikrovågsugnen har gott om utrym-
me så att inga luftintag eller luftutblås blockeras.
Minimimåtten runt ugnen är 7,5 cm och 30 cm
ovanför ugnen.
• Ta inte bort mikrovågsugnens fötter.
Dessa behövs för att ge tillräcklig ventilation
under apparaten.
• Placera mikrovågsugnen så långt ifrån tv- och
radioapparater som möjligt. Mikrovågsugnen kan
under användning orsaka störningar
i mottagningen av tv- och radiosändningar.

Lämpliga kärl vid användning av mikrovågsugn
Vi rekommenderar att en mikrovågssäker servis används för tillagningen. Lämpliga material är glas, porslin och
särskilda plastmaterial. Använd aldrig kärl av metall eller kärl med guld- eller silverkant. Även kärl av trä eller med
trädetaljer är olämpliga eftersom träet torkar i mikrovågsugnen och kan spricka.
