WARRANTY INFORMATION
This product comes with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. In
order to qualify for your extended manufacturers warranty you
must activate it by registering your product online at www.cloud-
ninehair.com (or address indicated at the back of this manual)
within 14 days from date of purchase. Our warranty doesn’t aect
your consumer rights.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure.

Should this product become defective during the guarantee
period, please visit our website or call our customer service
department to arrange a repair or replacement. You may be asked
to provide a valid proof of purchase or gift receipt. If a replace-
ment is oered, this does not extend the original warranty period.
This product is designed for domestic use only. Use by a
professional stylist or in a professional environment will invalidate
this guarantee.
This warranty does not apply should the defect or failure of the
product be attributable to misuse, abuse, accident, act of God
such as lightning, inobservance of manufacturer’s instructions on
the part of the user. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear
and tear in the product or its parts.

The ceramic coating provides incredible restorative
qualities to produce smooth, shiny, and healthy-looking hair.
Swivelling ball bearing base
New groundbreaking design allows 360ºrotation around a
swivelling base, completely eliminating the hassles of
tangled and broken cords.
The ceramic heaters and MICOM control system raise
temperatures swiftly and delivers consistent heat for ideal
styling.
ON/OFF and TEMP Control Button
The ON/OFF function and temperature control can be
operated by a single button.
Auto Mode (Hibernation Mode)
The intelligent sleep technology within the wand will
automatically work when the iron has been switched on but
not used for a period of 30 minutes.
The integrated kickstand ensures surfaces are protected
against heat damage when the Wand is cooling down.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
1. Plug into the mains and turn on by pressing the power
button down for two seconds.
2. The auto light will turn blue and the MED light will flash red.
The MED light will remain green once the MED temperature
is reached.
3. To select the LOW or HIGH temperatures, press the power
switch again until the selected temperature flashes red. The
indicator will turn green once the selected temperature is
reached. You can now begin styling.
4. When the wand has reached your selected temperature,
begin styling. Before using the wand, ensure your hair is dry.
Using a wand on wet hair can damage the hair cuticle.
5. When the wand is in AUTO mode, it will turn on the hiberna-
tion mode. The intelligent sleep technology within the the
wand will automatically work when it has been switched on
but not used for a period of 30 minutes.To turn on the
AUTO mode, simply press the button for about 2 seconds.
Once in hibernation mode you’ll notice that the temperature
panel will occasionally flash a green light to remind you.
However, during this mode the actual wand will cool down.
When you’re ready to use your wand again simply press the
power button again.
6. Once you have finished styling, turn the power o by
pressing the power button for two seconds until the green
indicator light has gone o and unplug from the mains
power supply.
7. The wand also has a kick stand integrated into the back of
the handle. To use the stand, lift the stand with the tip of
your finger and extend out towards the barrel. Place on a
flat surface.
Replace the stand into the handle before styling.

it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or
if it has come in contact with water. If the cord is damaged,
contact CLOUD NINE customer services.
•Do not reach for this appliance if it has fallen into water, unplug
it immediately.
•Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not pull, twist, or
wrap the cord around appliance.
•The product should never be left unattended when plugged in.
Never use while drowsy.
•Do not insert anything into openings or place objects onto the
plates.
•Do not use outdoors, where aerosol (spray) products are being
used, or where oxygen is being administered.
•Do not block air openings or place near flammable objects/sur-
faces while hot. Store on heatproof surfaces such as the
provided heat resistant style case.
•Do not place this appliance directly on any unsafe surfaces while
it is hot or plugged in. Always place the appliance, on a heat-re-
sistant, stable flat surface.
