Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus
has been damaged in any way, such as the power supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid
has been spilled or objects have fallen into it, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or
moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of re or electric shock, do not expose this apparatus to rain,
moisture, dripping or splashing.
The power adapter must remain easy to unplug from the power socket once the equipment
is installed.
DO NOT expose the remote control batteries to excessive heat such as re or sunshine.
Safety-related markings can be found on the underside of the receiver.
• Ground the installation in accordance with NEC® or other applicable codes.
• Locate the power adapter and receiver indoors in an open, well-ventilated area. Do not
place them in an enclosure (such as a cabinet) without proper ventilation.
• Place the receiver on its feet on a rm, stable, horizontal surface.
• Unplug the power adapter from the power socket during installation and follow all
connection instructions.
• Only connect the original power adapter to the receiver. Other power adapters may damage
the circuitry and cause a re risk.
• DO NOT place heavy objects on the receiver or power adapter.
• Keep plastic packaging and small parts away from babies and children.
• DO NOT place objects lled with liquids, such as vases or drinks, on or near the power
adapter or receiver.
• DO NOT remove the power adapter cover due to risk of electric shock from live parts inside.
• DO NOT allow objects to drop or be pushed inside the receiver, for example by children.
• DO NOT place naked ames such as lighted candles on or near the receiver or power
adapter.
• Unplug the power adapter from the power socket before cleaning.
• If the power adapter or receiver is damaged, unplug it from the power socket and have it
checked by qualied personnel before operating it any further.

Programming the Remote Control

Face the TV remote and CM-7003 remote controls
head-on.
Press for 3 seconds on the CM-7003 remote
control. The Red LED will glow rst and then stay
lit.
Press the desired button on the CM-7003 remote
control within 10 seconds. The button will
start ashing.
Note: Program one button at a time. You will need to run
through each step for each desired button.
Then press the desired button on the TV remote
control within 3 seconds. The red LED will ash 3
times and then stay bright.
Now press to conrm.
Repeat steps above for each key on the remote
you want to learn.
Program your CM-7003 remote to learn the TV’s , , and
functions.

Menu Operation
Press the key to display the main menu. It consists of 7 items as follows:
• Program
• Picture
• Channel Search
• Time
• Option
• System
• USB
NOTE: In any page of the menu, you can use the key to return to previous
menu page, or press the key to switch to Main Menu.
Program
Press the ▼ key rst, then press the ► key, enter into the Program Setting
Menu. (Default Password: 000000)
Choose the menu as per requested (Move/Skip/Lock/Delete/FAV/Rename).
You can edit the program list (Move/Skip/Lock/
Delete/FAV/Rename) within the program edit
menu. Press the key rst then the ▼
key to program edit, then press the ► key to
enter the Program edit screen. Here you can
edit the program list (Move/Skip/Lock/Delete/
FAV/Rename).

Pan & Scan, 4:3 Full, 16:9 Wide Screen
Resolution:
480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i & 1080p (60Hz)
Transparency: Adjust user interface transparency.
Channel Search
Use the ▼▲ keys to move up and down from one item to another, and press
► key to display corresponding sub-menu.
Auto Search
In the Main menu, use the ▼& ▲ keys to select Auto Search item, and press
► key to enter into the Auto Search menu.
Manual Search
In the Main menu, use the ▼& ▲ keys to select Auto Search item, and press
► key to enter into the Manual Search menu.

In the Main menu use the ▼& ▲ keys to
select Country, and press ► key to select
different countries.
Signal Type
Use the ► key to select Off-air or cable.
Time
Time Offset Use the ► key to select Time Offset.
Country Region Use the ► key to select Country Region.
Time Zone Use the ► key to select Time Zone.
Sleep Press the ► key to select the Sleep Time (1~12 hours). Use the ► key
to choose on or off.
Power ON/OFF Press the ► key in the Setting menu, then select Power
ON Time or Power Off Time.
Daylight Time Use the ► key to select Daylight Savings Time.
