1 Connection
Connect the DCplug of the AC-DC power adapter to the DC IN (9V)
socket at theback of the photo frame. Connect the power adaptor
to aAC 230/240V mains socket.
Caution:
Only connect themains adapter to a properly installedwall socket
with a voltagematching to the"Technical data" ofthe mains adapter.
Using an incorrectadaptor could damage your photo frameor adaptor.
The remote's batteryis factory installed, Open the battery compartment
door and removethe protective battery sheet before use.When the
battery becomes weak,replace the battery with a typeCR2025 3V
Lithium battery.When installing thenew battery make sure to install
the battery withthe "+" side up.
MS: dimensions forthe MS Card are 50mm x 21.5mm x 2.8mm, which is the exclusive memory card format
for Sony's digitalproducts, as shown in the illustration:
USB: supports 1.1and 2.0
CF:
SD/MMC: with dimensionsof 24mm x 32mm x 2.1mm (about the size of a postage stamp) as shown in
the illustration:

4 System Settings
Select[Setup]from the mainmenu, press the ENTER button or press the SETUP buttonin any other mode
to enter setupmode. Below illustration shows the screenof the setup menu. Use navigation buttons to
select decided itemfollowed by ENTER button. Use buttonto select between options then press
ENTER to confirm.The following illustrationshows the initial screen in thesettings mode, and in the
following section
The adjustment operationfor the SETUPmenu is as follows:
4.1 Photo Setting
4.1.1 Interval Time
This option canbe used to set the lengthof time for display of each image. There areseven options: 5
seconds,10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, one minute, three minutes,or off thefunction.
4.1.2 TransitionEffect
This option isused to set the transition effect as images change.
4.1.3 Show Type
This option isused to set the photo fit to screen or keep its original size.
4.1.4 Slide Mode
This option isused to set the slide mode while photos showing. Include 3 optionsas :Normal, Motion
and Date &Time.
4.1.5 Browse
There are twokinds of "Photo" modes, one is the "Thumbnail" mode, and the other is the "File Manager"
mode.

4.1.4 Auto Play
4.1.4.1Photo
Slide show willbe automatically started if auto-play for photo is set to on when Photo is selectedin Main
menu or PHOTObutton is pressed.
Either Thumbnail modeor File Managerwill be display if auto-play for photo is set to off.
Music playback willbe automatically started if auto-play for music is set to on when MUSIC is selectedin
Main menu orMUSIC button is pressed.
File Manager willbe display if auto-play for music is set to off. Select decided music file using 4 navigation
buttons followed byENTER button or PLAY/PAUSE button.
4.1.4.3 Movie
Movie playback willbe automatically started if auto-play for movie is set to on when Movie is selectedin
Main menu orVIDEO button is pressed.
File Manager willbe display if auto-play for music is set to off. Select decided video file using 4 navigation
buttons followed byENTER button or PLAY/PAUSE button.

4.2.1 Brightness
This option allowsthe user to set the brightness of the television screen. They canchoose from three
different options: normal,bright, and soft.
4.2.2 Contrast
This option canbe used to set the screen contrast. The contrast is divided into 15 different levels,
from -4~0~+4, withlarger numbers representing greater contrast.
4.2.3 TFT Brightness
This option canbe used to set the screen brightness. The brightness is divided
into 15 levels,from -7~0~7, with the larger (positive) numbers representing greater brightness.
4.2.4 TFT Contrast
This option canbe used to set the screen contrast. The contrast is divided into
15 different levels,from -7~0~7, withlarger numbers representing greater contrast.
