To avoid the mis-transferring the stitches, it is better to transÍer the both end stitches by

using the double eyelet transfer needle.

lf the width of the knitting is more than 70 stitches on the left side, take out the both

carriages from the needle beds before operating the transfer carriage.

Bei einigen Wollarten ist es sinnvoll, wenn beide Randmaschen vorher mit der Umhàngenadel

zum KH-Nadelbett gehàngt werden.

Beachten Sie, daB beide Strickschlitten ab einer gewissen Strickbreite von den Nadelbetten

gewonnen werden mtissen.

Pour éviter des fautes en transférant les mailles, il est préférable de transférer les mailles cles

deux extrémités à l'aide de l'aiguille de transfert double-chas.

Si la largeur du tricot excède 70 mailles du cöté gauche, enlevez les deux chariots avant

d'utiliser le chariot de transfert.

1. Set the tension dial according to the thickness of yarn (refer to page 5) and the slide

lever to position [.

Knit last row of the 1 x 1 rib knitting from right to left.

2. Set the half pitch lever to position H.

3. Bring forward the needles in position A of the knitting part on the knitter to position B.

And also, bring forward two or three empty needles on the right side of the knitter to

position B.

4. Set the change lever of the transfer carriage to the lower position and operate the transfer

carriage from right to left slowly by pressing it down.

Make sure that al I the stitches of the 1 x 1 rib knittinq are transferred to the corresponding

KH needles.

lf some stitches are not transferred, transÍer them to the corresponding KH needles by

using the double eyelet transfer needle.

Bring back all the KR needles to position A and align KH needles on position B by using

the needle pusher.

Bríng back the empty needles on the right side oÍ the knitter to position A.
