ABOUT BOSLEY®REVITALIZER
Created by Bosley, a worldwide leader in hair loss treatments for over 40
years, the Revitalizer Laser Hair Restoration system delivers leading-edge
technology to promote hair regrowth in the privacy of your home. The
FDA-cleared device is designed for portability, ease and convenience to
support consistent hair growth treatment and optimal results.
Bosley Revitalizer is uniquely designed with a Controller Pod that makes
starting and tracking your therapy sessions easy. For your convenience, the
power button and indicator light illuminate when therapy is in progress.
HOW IT WORKS
Bosley Revitalizer uses Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) technology to treat
the scalp and hair follicles. This clinically proven therapy helps stimulate
cellular activity and blood circulation to treat hair loss and promote hair
growth.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
Hair loss is a concern for millions of men and women, and can be caused
by many factors, including genetics and health conditions. The most
common reason is androgenetic alopecia, a hereditary condition that
accounts for 98% of hair loss in men and women.
Bosley Revitalizer Laser Hair Restoration system is indicated to promote
hair growth in males with androgenetic alopecia who have Norwood-
Hamilton classications of IIa to V patterns of hair loss, and in females with
androgenetic alopecia who have Ludwig-Savin Classications of I-1 to I-4,
II-1 to II-2, or frontal; both with Fitzpatrick Skin Phototypes I to IV.

Fitzpatrick Classication of Skin Types:
Low Level Laser Light Technology has only been tested on the following
Fitzpatrick Skin Types:
Type 1: Highly sun sensitive, always burns, never tans
Type 2: Very sun sensitive, burns easily, tans minimally
Type 3: Sun sensitive skin, sometimes tans, slowly tans to light brown
Type 4: Minimally sun sensitive, burns minimally, always tans
to moderate brown
LLLT has NOT been tested on the following Fitzpatrick Skin Types:
Type 5: Sun insensitive skin, rarely burns, tans well
Type 6: Sun insensitive skin, never burns, deeply pigmented

INTENDED USE
Bosley Revitalizer Laser Hair Restoration system is intended for self-service
hair loss treatment and is intended for use on the human scalp only. Any
other use is not recommended.
FREQUENCY & DURATION OF USE
The Bosley Revitalizer can help promote hair growth when used as
directed. For best results, use the device every other day for a maximum
of 30 minutes per session.
Note: Exceeding the recommended time or frequency of use will not
increase effectiveness. Do not exceed the recommended usage unless
directed by your hair restoration Physician. Do not use the laser cap on
consecutive days.

INSTALLING & CHARGING BATTERY
To install the battery, slide the protective cover down. Lift the Battery Pack
protective cover upward. Insert batteries ensuring the “+” and “-” symbols
match. Slide the protective cover to close.
Prior to rst-time use, charge the lithium battery fully to extend its lifespan.
A fully charged battery can power up to 5 laser treatments. Allow 4-5 hours
per charge.
To charge, connect the AC adapter to the battery compartment and plug
into power outlet. The LED indicator light will icker during charging and
remain static when battery is fully charged.
When ready to use your Bosley Revitalizer, disconnect the AC adapter
from the battery compartment.

For your safety, please read and follow these important safety precautions:
• To avoid eye injury, do not look directly at or stare at the laser beam or
light source.
• Do not aim the laser beam at other people.
• Under low ambient light conditions, Bosley Revitalizer may cause
dazzling, ash blindness and an afterimage.
• Any operation or application that is not strictly in accordance with
specied methods in the manual may cause injuries.
• Do not immerse the device in water or use near liquids to protect
against the risk of electrical shock.
• This device should not be used by children, by individuals whose
physical, sensory or mental abilities prevent safe use of the appliance,
or by individuals with limited knowledge of how to use the device. Close
supervision is needed when using this appliance near these individuals.
• Do not alter this device in any way as it may result in radiation exposure.
• Contact Bosley if the power supply is damaged to avoid risk of an
electrical hazard or damage to the device.
