instructions-they have been written to ensure you get the best from your purchase.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including
the following:
1. Before commissioning this kettle please read all the instruction manual carefully.
2. Please keep the instructions, the warranty card, the sales receipt and, if possible, the gift box
with the inner packaging.
3. Always remove the plug from the socket whenever the device is not in use and before cleaning.
Pull on the plug, not on the cable. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before
cleaning the appliance.
4. Test the electrical kettle and cable regularly for damage. If there is any damage, please do not
use it.
5. If the supply cord is damaged or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any
manner. it must be repair by the manufacturer or service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
6. Keep the electrical kettle and the cable away from heat, direct sunlight, moisture, over edge of
table or counter and such like.
7. Only use original accessories.
8. If the kettle is overlled, when boiling up the water, it may be ejected.
9. Do not use the electrical kettle outdoors.
10. Never place the electrical kettle in water or other liquid, or come into contact with such. Do not
use the electrical kettle with wet hands.
11. Should the electrical kettle become moist or wet, remove the mains plug from the socket
immediately.
12 In order to protect children from the dangers of electrical appliances, never leave the children
unsupervised with the electrical kettle. Place your kettle in a position that children can not
reach. Take care that the cable does not hang down.
13. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
14. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and
supervised.
15. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
16. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
17. To protect against re, electric shock and injury to persons do not immerse cord, plugs, or
(state specic part or parts in question) in water or other liquid.
18. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
19. Always attach plug to appliance rst, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn
any control to “off” then remove plug from wall outlet.
20. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
21. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. The kettle must be placed on a stable, at and dry surface.
2. Before rst use ll the kettle up to the maximum level, boil the water, pour it out and rinse the
kettle. Repeat the procedure several times to remove manufacturing deposits, etc.
3. The kettle turns off automatically when the water has boiled. If necessary you may turn it off
using Start/Cancel (10).
4. After the water has boiled or the kettle has been switched off, wait several seconds before
switching it on again.
5. If you switch the kettle on without water, the overheat protection will automatically shut the
appliance off. Leave the kettle to cool down for about 15 minutes before relling.
FIRST USE OF THE MACHINE
THE KETTLE
1. Before lling with water, remove the kettle from the base (5).
2. Open the lid and ll the kettle with water up to the desired level (between 0,5 l and 1,7 l).
3. After plugging the base to the power outlet, the display turns on for a moment, all buttons are

lit and the appliance beeps twice which means that the base is connected to the power source
and the kettle is placed on the base.
4. Close the lid and place the kettle on the power base (5), the appliance beeps once, the display
turns on and the Start/Cancel button stars to heat. you will see the current water temperature
which will be visible on LED. If you do not perform any actions, the kettle turns off automatically.
5. Press the Start/Cancel button (10) without setting other functions. The kettle turns on and
beeps, the Start/Cancel button will be lit red. The kettle boils water up to 100°C, then switches
off auto-matically and beeps three times.
6. If you just want to heat up the water, use the boiling temperature buttons „up” or „down”. Press
once to change the temperature. The temperature setting will be shown on the display. You may
select between the pre-dened temperature settings: from 40°C up to 100°C each 5°C. If the
temperature set is lower than the temperature of water in the kettle, the kettle switches off.
7. After reaching the desired temperature of water, the kettle switches off and beeps three times.
8. If you want to select the keep-warm function, press the button (7) , the keep-warm light will
be lighted under the button. In this mode press the button „up” or „down” to set the desired
temperature. The temperature adjustment (increase and decrease) step is 5°C. The available
range of temperature setting 40–100°C. In order to switch off the keep-warm function, press the
keep-warm button (7) again or Start/Cancel button (10) to switch off the kettle. Otherwise the
water temperature will be maintained at a pre-set level. If no action is taken for 2 hours in the
keep-warm mode, the kettle will switch off. Press the Start/Cancel button (5) again to turn on
the kettle (the kettle beeps once).
40-60°C – blends for babies
70°C – green and white tea
90°C – instant coffee
100°C – black tea
CLEANING
Before your cleaning, please unplug the electrical kettle and make sure it has been cooled down.
Never immerse any part of the cable, plug, power cord base or kettle in water or any other liquid.
Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a piece of damp cloth and then dry it with a piece of dry cloth.
Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents as these may damage the nish of your
kettle.
Over using a period of time, lime scale would be built up inside of your kettle.
To remove lime scale:
1. Half ll the kettle with water and add the juice of a lemon.

2. Boil up the water and allow it to stand for 15 minutes before discarding.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 several time, please using cold water only.
Then the lime scale inside of your electrical kettle will be clean up.
1. Fill the kettle with water and vinegar or juice (citric acid) or use a special descaling agent
available in household stores.
2. Leave the kettle for 1 hour, then boil the water.
3. Empty the kettle and rinse it thoroughly with cold water.
4. If necessary repeat the procedure 1-3 times.
5. To eliminate the smell of vinegar, boil the water several times and pour it out.
6. Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces of the kettle with a cloth.
7. Descaling protects the kettle from damages.
At the end of its service life, this product may not be disposed of in the
normal household waste, but rather must be disposed of at a collection
point for recycling electrical and electronic devices. The materials are
recyclable according to their labelling. You make an important contribution
to protecting our environment by reusing, recycling or utilising old
devices in other ways. Please ask the municipal administration where the
appropriate disposal facility is located.
The device complies with the European Directives 2014/35/EU, 2014/30/
EU and 2009/125/EC.

Aunque ya esté familiarizado con el uso de un producto similar, le rogamos que lea las siguientes
instrucciones, lo que le permitirá sacar el máximo provecho de su compra.

Cuando utilice un aparato eléctrico, deberá seguir siempre las precauciones básicas, incluidas las
siguientes:
1. Antes de la puesta en marcha de este hervidor, lea cuidadosamente todo el manual de instrucciones.
2. Conserve las instrucciones, la tarjeta de garantía, el tique de compra y, si es posible, la caja con
el embalaje interno.
3. Quite siempre el enchufe de la toma de corriente cuando no esté utilizando el dispositivo y
antes de limpiarlo. Tire del enchufe, no del cable. Deje enfriar el aparato antes de poner o quitar
alguna pieza y antes de limpiarlo.
4. Compruebe regularmente si el hervidor eléctrico o el cable están dañados. En caso de observar
algún desperfecto, no lo utilice.
5. Si el cable de alimentación está dañado o si el aparato ha funcionado de forma incorrecta o ha
sufrido algún tipo de daño, deberá ser reparado por el fabricante o por el agente de servicio al
cliente para evitar cualquier riesgo.
6. Mantenga el hervidor y el cable alejados de cualquier fuente de calor, de la luz solar directa, de
la humedad, del borde de la mesa o mostrador, y de otras fuentes de peligro.
7. Utilice únicamente accesorios originales.
8. Si el hervidor se llena en exceso, el agua podría salir disparada al hervir.
9. No utilice el hervidor eléctrico al aire libre.
10. Nunca sumerja el hervidor eléctrico en agua u otros líquidos, ni deje que entre en contacto con
estos. No utilice el hervidor eléctrico con las manos mojadas.
11. Si el hervidor eléctrico está húmedo o mojado, desenchúfelo de la red inmediatamente.
12. Con el n de proteger a los niños de los peligros de los aparatos eléctricos, nunca los deje
sin vigilancia con el hervidor eléctrico. Coloque el hervidor eléctrico fuera del alcance de los
niños. Evite que el cable cuelgue.
13. Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños mayores de 8 años y por personas con
capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas o con falta de experiencia y
conocimiento, siempre que tengan supervisión, se les proporcionen las instrucciones de uso
seguro del aparato y entiendan los riesgos.
14. La limpieza y el mantenimiento no deben llevarse a cabo por niños menores de 8 años y sin
supervisión.
15. Mantenga el aparato y el cable fuera del alcance de los niños menores de 8 años.
16. No toque las supercies calientes. Utilice solo las asas o mangos.
17. Para evitar incendios, descargas eléctricas y lesiones, no sumerja el cable, los enchufes o

Capacidad mín/máx 0,5/1,7 l. Control de temperatura desde 40°C hasta 100°C – cada 5°C
1. Coloque el hervidor sobre una supercie estable, llana y seca.
2. Antes de la primera utilización, llene el hervidor hasta el máximo nivel, hierva el agua, vacíela
y enjuague el hervidor. Repita los mismos pasos varias veces para eliminar los depósitos de
fabricación, etc.
3. El hervidor se apaga automáticamente una vez ha hervido el agua. En caso necesario, puede
apagarlo con el botón Inicio/Paro (10).
4. Una vez haya hervido el agua o se haya apagado el hervidor, espere unos segundos antes de
volverlo a encender.
5. Si enciende el hervidor sin agua dentro, la protección contra sobrecalentamiento hará que el
aparato se apague automáticamente. Deje enfriar el hervidor durante unos 15 minutos antes de
volver a llenarlo.
EL HERVIDOR
1. Antes de llenarlo con agua, retire el hervidor de la base (5).
2. Abra la tapa y llene el hervidor con agua hasta el nivel deseado (entre 0,5 l y 1,7 l).
