SAFETY ADVICES AND WARNINGS
WARNING
• Read carefully the instructions before installing and using this appliance. In the case you resell
this appliance, please make sure to provide this instruction manual to your buyer.
• This appliance is intended for domestic household use only and should not be used for any
other purpose or in any other application, such as for non-domestic use or in a commercial
environment. Any commercial use, inappropriate use or failure to comply with the instructions,
the manufacturer accepts no responsibility and the guarantee will not apply.
• After unpacking the appliance, make sure it is not damaged. The appliance must not be used if
it has been dropped, if there is visible signs of damage, if it leaks or if it functions abnormally
in any way. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance and contact your supplier or a qualied
technician or the nearest authorized service center for examination, repair or electrical or
mechanical adjustment.
• Remove all packaging and do not leave the packaging material such as plastic bags,
polystyrene and elastic bands in easy reach of children as they may cause serious injuries.
• The use of accessory and attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may
cause injuries. The appliance is only to be used with the base provided.
• The appliance must not be left unattended while it is connected to the main supply.
• The appliance must be used and rested on a stable surface.
• Potential injury to persons may occur due to misuse.
- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
- For blender, food mixer, food processor:
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of children.
- For cream whipper, egg beater, steam cooker:
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if
they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children unless they are aged from 8 years and above and supervised. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
• Do not immerse the product under water.
• Ensure the bowl and the lid cover are securely locked before operating the appliance.
• Do not operate your appliance when empty.
• Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts that move in use.
• For the details on how to clean surfaces in contact with food, please see section “cleaning and
maintenance” in page 7.
• Regarding the information for operating times and speed setting for accessories, thanks to
refer to the below paragraph of the manual.

• The scale has a measuring tolerance of -/+ 10%.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, ofces and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type of environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments.
DANGER OF SERIOUS CUTTING INJURIES!
• Never put your hands inside the bowl while the appliance is plugged in. Avoid at all cost
touching the sharp blades when the appliance is plugged in and operating.
• Always unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use.
• Always unplug the appliance before reaching into the bowl with your ngers or an object such
as the spatula.
• Always unplug the appliance before putting on or taking off accessories.
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• If the blades get stucked, always unplug the appliance before removing the ingredients that
blocking the blades.
• Keep hands, long hair, clothing, scarf, ties as well as spatula and other utensils away from the
top of the appliance during the operation to reduce the risk of injury and/or damage to the
appliance.
• Extra care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl, and
during the cleaning process.
DANGER OF ELECTROCUTION!
• This appliance must be earthed. If you need to use an extension lead, it is important that you
use a model tted with an earth plug.
• Ensure to check that the voltage marked on the rating plate matches to your local supply. If not
the case, do not use the appliance and seek for expert advice.
• Do not let the supply cord hang over edge of table or counter.
• Never immerse this appliance in water.
• For your own safety, we recommend you never use the appliance outdoor and never leave the
appliance in a place that is exposed to humidity or inclement weather condition.
• Never use appliance as an additional heating source.
• Never leave appliance plugged in when not in use. The appliance must not be left unattended
while it is connected to the main supply.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualied technicians in order to avoid a hazard. The supply cord should be regularly
examined for signs of damage and the appliance is not to be used if the cord is damaged.
• The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
• Never plug the appliance and touch the thermostat with wet hands.

• Never use the appliance with bare or wet feet.
• Never unplug the appliance by pulling the power cable or the appliance itself.
• The plug must be removed from the socket-outlet before the bowl is lled with water or liquid
preparations. To add water, turn the appliance off using the switch. Never ll the appliance
under running water.
• Always unplug the appliance before any cleaning operation.
• Do not lift and never move the appliance when in use.
DANGER OF BURNS!
• The appliance must be used and rested on a at, stable, heat and water resistant surface.
Check you had leave enough space between your appliance and surrounding wall to let the air
circulate around the ventilation grid to avoid inner overheating. There should be at least 50cm
on the top and 20cm on sides apart from the appliance when hot steam is released during
cooking operation.
• When in use, the surfaces of your appliance can reach very high temperatures, which may
cause burns. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance (accessible metal parts and
plastic parts adjacent to the metallic parts).
• Ensure to place the cover lid securely locked onto the bowl before operating the appliance.
• During the operation of the steaming function, keep the children away from the appliance and
warn them about the danger of hot steam and hot condensed water. Be careful of the hot
steam and hot condensed water and do not let your hand and face close to the appliance.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when in use and until it has cooled down (around
1 hour). Before any cleaning operation, wait until the appliance is completely cold and has
been unplugged for at least 1 hour.
- Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected
out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
- Warning: avoid spillage on the connector.
- The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

a. Stainless steel mixing and cooking bowl
The Stainless steel mixing bowl has a maximum 2L capacity with marks level on the
inside and outside indicating the lling level. Each mark equals a dose of 0.5 liters.
b. Bowl cover lid with airproof ring
The stainless steel mixing and cooking bowl is equipped with a cover lid and its airproof
sealing ring. The sealing ring prevents liquid or food to escape from the bowl during the
operation.
To install the sealing ring, position it facing the bottom of the cover lid and insert the
airproof sealing ring onto the cover lid by pushing it.

WARNING
Never exceed the maximum lling mark to avoid getting
burned by hot food splashing!
Do not touch the stainless steel surface during operation as
it may become hot, only use the handle to move and remove
the bowl! Keep children away during cooking operation and
warn them about the danger of hot surface.
WARNING
Before starting to use the thermal cooker always check the
sealing ring has been well placed onto the cover lid to avoid
injuries by hot food splashing!

c. Measuring cup
The measuring cup is a multi-purpose accessory:
• Serving as a closing cap for the opening of the cover lid to prevent food / liquid
splashing and to avoid heat loss;
• Serving as a measuring cup for small quantity of liquid or food with level mark up to
90 ml max.
d. Stainless steel blades
The bowl is equipped with high quality stainless blades which are particularly suitable
for chopping, mixing, making dough, blending and ice crushing.
e. Spatula
The spatula is a multi-purpose accessory designed with protective skirt:
• Serving as a stirring and mixing utensil during cooking and mixing operation when
the measuring cup is opened with speed level setting under 4;
• Serving as a scrapping utensil with its rounded design tting the shape of the bowl
to perfectly scrap all ingredients from the surface of the bowl;
• Serving as a removal utensil with its hook at the end of the handle to hold the inner
basket when removing it from the bowl.
WARNING
During operation the cup shall only be remove when the
speed level is set between 1 and 3. NEVER remove the cup
when using the Turbo mode and when setting the speed
over level 4 to avoid hot food and liquid splashing! Only
use the measuring cup provided from the manufacturer to
avoid any hazards!
WARNING
During operation the spatula shall only be used with the
cover lid locked and when the speed level is set between 1
and 3. NEVER use the spatula when using the Turbo mode
and when setting the speed over level 4 to avoid hot food
and liquid splashing! ONLY use the spatula for scrapping
when the appliance is unplugged. Never use other utensils
such as spoon, ladle, knife or other tools for stirring, mixing,
scrapping as it might cause injuries by getting caught with
the rotating blades.
WARNING
Do not touch the blades during operation! Extra care shall
be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying
the bowl and during the cleaning process!

f. Inner basket
The inner basket is a multi-purpose accessory to be placed inside the bowl and
equipped with a handle and on the side with a notch on which you can hitch the spatula
to the basket for easier holding and lifting:
• Serving as a lter utensil when making fruits and / or vegetables juices;
• Serving as a stewing cooking tool for slow cook dishes;
• Serving as a steamer basket for cooking smaller quantity, the maximum water
pouring shall be 600 ml with level under the basket.
g. Steamer basket
The steamer basket accessory has three main stackable parts offering more steaming
combination options:
• High quality transparent lid (1);
• Upper steamer basket (2), which can only be used when placing the lower basket on
the bowl;
• Lower steamer basket (3).
The steamer basket can only be used when the cover lid is
locked on the stainless steel mixing and cooking bowl.
h. “Buttery” whip
The “Buttery” whip is designed to be used for the below food preparation:
• Beating the egg whites;
• Whipping cream;
• Stirring broth;
• Making sauces such as mayonnaise, red wine sauce, etc.
WARNING
Never use the inner basket with speed over level 1 or when mixing
or chopping ingredients to avoid any damages! During cooking
operation, be careful when removing the basket as it may become
hot!
WARNING
Never use basket without the steamer cover lid to avoid scalding
by hot steam and hot condensed water! During operation, avoid
getting too closed to the hot steam. Always use the handles of the
three parts when checking the cooking or removing the steamer.
Ensure to always position correctly the steamer basket onto the
bowl before starting the cooking.
WARNING
Never use the “Buttery” whip with a setting temperature over
100°C and a setting speed over level 4. Never use the “Buttery”
whip with the Turbo or the Dough function and making soup. Never
use the spatula when the whip is tted. Never exceed the lling
of 1.5L or 700 gr of ingredients when the whip is tted. Ensure to
always unplug the appliance before placing the whip onto the bowl.
Do not add ingredients when the mixing blades is in motion and the
buttery is positioned.

SET-UP AND USE
Before rst use
• Remove all packaging materials and do not leave the packaging material such as plastic
bags, polystyrene and elastic bands in easy reach of children as they may cause serious
injuries.
• Place the appliance on a dry, at and stable surface such as countertop or table. There
should be at least 50cm on the top and 20cm on sides apart from the appliance to let
the air circulate around the ventilation grid to avoid inner overheating.
• Wash all accessories with a sponge damped with dishwashing liquid and rinse
thoroughly in hot water. Let it dry or wipe it with clean cloth before using the appliance.
Do not immerse the stainless steel bowl.
Using your multifunction thermal kitchen machine
1. Getting started: installing and removing the bowl

Ensure to check the sealing ring
is well positioned onto the bottom
of the cover lid. If not, install it by
pushing it towards the bottom of
the cover lid.
Plug the appliance into an earthed
grounded outlet.
Place the cover lid on the bowl,
push it from top to bottom; then
turn it clockwise until its locking
position.

Insert the bowl onto its base with
the handle at the front facing you
and make sure it locks into place
with the Z1 part into the Z2 part.
Place the cover lid on the bowl
then push it gently into position;
the bowl is safely locked when you
cannot take it out from its base.
Place the measuring cup onto the
cover lid, turn it clockwise until the
marking on the cup matches with
the marking on the cover lid.
To remove the bowl, press on the
release button (Z3).

Plug the appliance into an earthed
grounded outlet.
Press the I/O (ON/OFF) button to
I (ON) to switch on the appliance,
you will hear a “beep” sound
indicating the machine is on.
Place your empty measuring jug
on the scale, then press the button
, the scale will automatically
calculate the TARE of your jug and
the LCD display will indicate 0000.
Step 4
Add ingredients or liquid onto your jug, the LCD will then display the weight of the added ingredient.
You can use at the same time the scale function during the operation of the mixing bowl. Put your empty
measuring jug on the scale, press the scale button for automatic TARE calculation, then start to weigh your
ingredient by adding them to the jug. After nishing your weighing operation, press again the scale button to
get back to the mixing or cooking mode.
Please note: when you take off your jug, the LCD will display a weight gure which is the TARE of your empty
jug. As soon as you put back the empty jug it will switch back to 0000 or it will display the weight if you put
back the jug with ingredients inside.
Please note: the weight is displayed in grams. The maximum weight is 5KG.
