When the battery is low, the unit will beep three times.
1Remove charging point cover.
2Plug the USB cable into the unit and then into a USB port. A
ashing green light will indicate charging.
3The device takes two hours to fully charge and lasts ve
days with full power (based on using twice a day).
Tip: Fully charge the battery at least once a month to prolong
its life.
CHARGING
HOW TO USE
1Wet the back of neck
2Briefly Press the On/off button once. Place the massager
around the neck ensuring the conductive plates are in
contact with the skin.
3Heat Option: to activate heat press the On/Off & Heat
button. Press the button repeatedly to select High, Medium,
Low Heat, or Heat Off.
4Massage: Select one of the six massage programmes using
the Massage/Programme button.
Note: The treatment will automatically start on Massage Programme 1. Each massage programme lasts 15 minutes.

Massage Intensity
• Use the + / - buttons to change the massage intensity. There are 16 intensity levels. If the unit doesn’t respond check the Conductive
Plates are in contact with the skin and moisten the skin.
Note: If the conductive plates lose contact with the skin, the intensity will revert to level 1.
Switching off the voice guide
• To switch off the voice guide, hold the Massage/Programme button for two seconds.
The unit will now beep when selecting features.
• To switch back on, hold the Massage/Programme button for two seconds.
Turning off the device
• Hold down the On/off button for two seconds.

1Massage Programme 1
15 minute treatment that changes to a different massage
action every 60 seconds.
2Massage Programme 2
A second 15 minute treatment with the massage changing
every 60 seconds.
3Deep Rolling massage
A powerful massage to ease sore or tight muscles.
4Gentle massage
A gentle kneading action.
5Pulse massage
Rhythmic pulses to relieve stress and tension.
6Tap massage
A variable tapping action.

Lorsque la batterie est faible, l’appareil émet 3 bips sonores.
1Retirez le cache du point de charge.
2Branchez le câble USB sur l’appareil puis branchez sur un
port USB. Un voyant vert clignotant indique que l’appareil
est en charge.
3Deux heures sont nécessaires pour une charge pleine de
l’appareil. Il tient alors 5 jours à pleine puissance (à raison de
2 utilisations par jour).
Conseil : faites entièrement charger la batterie au moins une
fois par mois, an de prolonger sa durée de vie.
CHARGE
UTILISATION
1Humidifiez votre nuque.
2Appuyez brièvement une fois sur le bouton Marche/Arrêt.
Positionnez le masseur autour de votre cou en veillant à
ce que les plaques conductrices soient en contact avec la
peau.
3Option de chauffe : pour activer la chauffe, appuyez sur le
bouton Marche/Arrêt et Chaleur. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur
le bouton pour sélectionner Chaleur élevée, moyenne ou
faible ou Chaleur désactivée.
4Massage : sélectionnez un des six programmes de massage
à l’aide du bouton Massage/Programme.
Remarque : le soin démarre automatiquement sur le Programme de massage 1. Chaque programme de massage dure 15 minutes.
