2. This speaker is capable of producing high sound pressure levels that may cause permanent
hearing damage. User caution is advised and ear protection is recommended during use.
3. This speaker is designed for use on a sturdy, level surface. Whenever stacking speaker cabi-
nets, remove the casters, and do not stack more than two high.
4. Speaker cables are a tripping hazard and must be routed out of traffic areas and away from any
possible accidental contact.
5. Do not expose this speaker to rain or moisture. Do not place liquid filled containers on this
speaker. Clean only with a damp cloth.
6. Repair or service of this speaker should be performed only by qualified personnel.

You’ve just purchased a Blackheart Engineering BH412SL and/or BH412ST Guitar
Speaker Cabinet featuring our exclusive design, Eminence speakers. Nothing says, “I came here to blow
the heads off the first row” like a big ‘ol guitar stack, lookin’ down on all mankind like it’s about to strike.
But somewhere along the line, after the dawning age of rock and roll began to fade, when the rock stars
become fewer and less rock starish, and the blistering sound of power chords echoing through an arena
faded, giving way to lesser forms of music, it was the gear that suffered most. Heavy duty, mutli-ply, real
wood cabinets turned into particle board. Metal handles that were made to last longer than the band,
started showing up made out of cheap plastic, and speakers that once ushered the big, fat voice of rock
and roll through crowds of screaming fans, all of a sudden were sad little wimpy things, mere shadows of
their former glory. Well, that just won’t do for you. In fact, that won’t do for Blackheart Engineering either.
We decided it was high time to bring the speaker cabinet back to its full glory- to put built-like-a-tank qual-
ity back on stage and in the hands of the masses. That’s why you just about bent your spine trying to get
this thing out of the box. Like rock and roll, Blackheart is made for the brave, the strong and eventually
the hard of hearing.
This speaker cabinet is built with the finest materials and components available; 1/2” radius corners in a
void-free birch ply cabinet that looks like Michelangelo covered it for you personally. Metal handles, nice
quality, smooth rolling casters. We looked over every detail and made sure you’re going to be together
for a long time. That’s a Blackheart thing. We make rock-solid, no compromise music gear. We work with
glass, metal and wood just like the powers that be intended when they created rock and roll. We take
every amp and speaker cabinet personally and we do it assuming you worked hard to get it and we’re not
letting you down. That fancy tattoo logo was inspired by one of our test animals.* He said a great amp
leaves a permanent mark on your tone, and shapes how you play, write, perform, etc. So, when you laid
down coin for a Blackheart, you kind of got hitched.
So thanks for laying down your hard earned cash for a Blackheart Engineering product. We’re not going to
disappoint you. You’ve got, in your hands, one of the best sounding, best quality, speaker cabinets that’s
ever been made.
