2. This wall tap has an optional shelf that can be used
to create extra space for items that are being charged.
The shelf size is 7.75" x 3.3" [200x85mm], and can be
used to store a variety of items [phones,
toothbrushes, etc.].
The device has a screw hole. As an optional function,
you can also use the spare screw parts to mount with
an in-wall outlet, so it can be fixed firmly on the wall.

shelf capacity is 2lb. Do not exceed
this with the combined weight of objects placed on it.

The wall tap can be used in the horizontal position,
but the shelf cannot be used in this orientation.

THIS DEVICE SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH AQUARIUMS, NEAR WATER OR ANY
OTHER SOURCE OF MOISTURE.
WARNING:
1. Plug the wall tap into a standard grounding wall receptacle, covering both outlets,
by fully inserting the plug and ensure that there are no exposed conductors.
3. Make sure equipment is turned off before plugging into the
wall tap outlets. Do not use extension cords to connect
equipment to the wall tap.
4. Connected equipment can now be turned on.
5. Hold the wall tap firmly against the wall when removing plugs to prevent it from pulling
loose.
6. When the switch is in the OFF position, the night light is OFF; when in the ON position,
the light will stay ON. When the switch is in the AUTO position, the light automatically turns
ON when the area around the light is dark, and back OFF when the area is illuminated.

2.4Amp total output allows you to charge one tablet or two smart phones at the same time.
Recharge your device at a maximum speed of 2.4Amp when connected to a single port.

In the event of malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for
electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. The wall tap shelf with night light must be
connected to a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The
plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in
accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
Improper connection of the equipment grounding conductor can result in a risk
of electric shock. The conductor with insulation having an outer surface that is green with or
without yellow stripes is the equipment grounding conductor. If repair or replacement of the
cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the equipment-grounding conductor to a live
terminal. Check with a qualified electrician or service person if the grounding instructions are
not completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether the wall tap shelf with night light is
properly grounded. Do not modify the plug connected to the wall tap shelf with night light – if
it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
FOR GROUNDED, CORD-CONNECTED WALL TAP SHELF WITH NIGHT LIGHT RATED
LESS THAN 15A AND INTENDED FOR USE ON A NOMINAL 125V SUPPLY CIRCUIT
The wall tap shelf with night light is for use on a nominal 125V circuit, and should be
connected to a grounding outlet that looks like that illustrated in sketch a. A temporary
adaptor, which looks like the adaptor illustrated in sketch b, may be used to connect this plug
to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in sketch b if a properly grounded outlet is not available.
The temporary adaptor should be used only until a properly grounded outlet can be installed
by a qualified electrician. The green colored rigid ear, lug, and the like, extending from the
adaptor must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box
cover. Whenever the adaptor is used, it must be held in place by the metal screw.
