WARNING
This product uses extreme water pressure and water force. This may
cause kickback when using the cleaner.
Pre-Operating Instructions
Before You Begin
Prior to initial operation of the unit carefully read the information
outlined in the operation instructions.
• Ensure that all components are in good working order and that they
operate safely.
• Do not use cleaner if any part is not in proper working condition.
• No modifications permitted on the machine.
• Before operation test the cleaner at low pressure (1500 PSI) to ensure you
can operate safely at high pressures.
Intended Use
The Whirl-A-Way is suitable for cleaning floors and walls in conjunction
with a high pressure cleaner.
(A) Recommend Operating pressure: 2000-3600 PSI
(B) Maximum pressure: 4000 PSI
(C) Maximum water temperature: 85°C/180°F
• Never exceed maximum operating pressure and temperature.
pre-operating instructions
The surface Cleaning System you have purchased connects directly to a
1/4” quick connect coupler, operating to a maximum of 4000 PSI.
This 14” Whirl-A-Way is designed to operate with cold water pressure

skirt will soften and wear prematurely, voiding any warranty.
Before operation ensure that the pressure washer is on low pressure when
first using the Whirl-A-Way. Adjust pressure with adjustable unloader.

Operating
Never reach under the unit while the high-pressure cleaner is operating
• Never direct the 14” Whirl-A-Way at humans or animals.
• Do not operate on a ladder.
During operation, should you experience a buildup of small stones or other
foreign material within the cover, we recommend that you simply tip the
cleaner on its side at 45° which should expel any foreign materials. This
extend the life of your tips and swivel arm. The tips that have been installed
on your surface cleaning system permit the use of your cleaner with a
pressure washer producing up to 4 GPM at 4000 PSI. This unit will not
spin efficiently with pressure under 2.3 GPM. Periodically check the tips
to ensure they are not plugged by dirt particles. It is very important when
operating your 14” Whirl-A-Way, that you maintain a continuous motion.
Should you leave the cleaner in a stationary position, the surface being
cleaned can be seriously damaged by the high pressure.
Recommended Applications
use with a gun and lance
Connect to lance using q/c fittings on the lance and 14” Whirl-A-Way.
For 4GPM, use #020 nozzle
Attach to long wand
Attach to a longwand for cleaning hard to reach surfaces. Connect to
longwand using the QC fittings on the longwand and 14” Whirl-A-Way.
