1.Safety

in ppropri tely.
All persons using the device must follow the recommend tions nd instructions
in this instruction m nu l.

1.2 Safety instructions
•
The device is not intended for use by individu ls (including
children) with physic l or ment l dis bilities, insufficient
experience, nd/or insufficient knowledge unless such persons
re under the c re of person responsible for their s fety or
h ve received instructions reg rding ppropri te use of the
device.
•
Children should be observed to ensure th t they re not pl ying
with or st rting the device.
•
This device is not equipped with thermost t regul ting the room
temper ture. Do not use the device in sm ll rooms if there re
people there who re not ble to le ve the room on their own,
unless during the oper tion of the device perm nent
supervision is ensured.
•
Never le ve the device un ttended when in use.

Never use the device with progr mm ble switch, timer or n
utom tic switching device.

device from the power supply (pull the plug from the socket) nd

To prevent h z rds nd to ensure optimum efficiency, no
modific tions or lter tions to the device th t re not explicitly
pproved by the m nuf cturer m y be undert ken.
DANGER! Electric shock hazard!
To void the h z rd results ple se follow the s fety instructions
below.

Never llow the power c ble to come into cont ct with he t
sources or sh rp edges. The power c ble should not h ng over
the side of the working surf ce. Ensure th t no one c n step on
or trip over the c ble.
•
The power c ble must not be folded, bent or t ngled, nd must
lw ys rem in fully unrolled. Never pl ce the device or other
objects on the power c ble.

Do not cover the c ble. Keep w y the c ble from oper ting
r nge.

Check the power cord regul rly for d m ge. Do not use the
ppli nce if the power cord is d m ged. If this c ble is d m ged,
it must be repl ced by customer service or qu lified electrici n
in order to void d ngers.

The supply c ble must be disconnected from the socket
only by pulling the plug.
•
Never c rry or lift the device by the supply c ble.
•
Never wr p the power cord round the he ter.
•
In ny c se do not open the device housing. In c se of
electric l or mech nic l modific tions the electric shock
hazard will occur.
•
Do not pl ce foreign objects in the device openings! This m y
result in electric shock nd d m ge the equipment!
•
The device m y not be exposed to vibr tions nd other
mech nic l shocks.
•
Although the he ter is spl sh-proof, do not use the device
during r in.
•
Never immerse the device, power cord or the plug in w ter or
other fluids.
•
Do not use ny cid gents nd m ke sure no w ter ingresses
the device.
•
Never oper te the device with moist h nds or st nding on wet
floor.
•
Remove the plug from its socket:

when the device is not used,

HOT SURFA E! Burn hazard!
To void the h z rd results ple se follow the s fety instructions
below.
•
During the oper tion, the housing nd protective grid become
very hot, do not touch these elements during the oper tion of
the device.
•
Also fter switching the device off, it rem ins hot for some
time fterw rds; before cle ning the device, h ndling or
moving it to different pl ce, le ve the device to cool down.
•
Never move the device during its oper tion.
•
Keep children nd nim ls w y from the device. Children
should never use the he ter.
WARNING! Fire or explosion hazard!
To void the h z rd results ple se follow the s fety instructions
below.
•
Do not use the device ne r the cont iners holding g s, petrol,
p int, spirits, lcohol or infl mm ble objects. High temper ture
m y le d to their ev por tion nd their coming into cont ct with
the sources of ignition m y result in defl gr tion, in effect
le ding to person l injuries nd m teri l d m ges.
•
The he ter is designed for priv te use only. Never use the device
in greenhouses, livestock buildings or simil r buildings, bec use
they often h ve infl mm ble objects or excessive dust which
m y lso present risk.
•
Never dry clothes, towels or simil r objects on the device. Risk
of overheating and fire!

In c se of fire, before st rting ny fire-fighting ctions, pull the
plug from the socket. Ensure proper flow of fresh ir.
Note: Never extinguish fire with w ter while the plug is
connected to the socket. Risk of electric shock!
1.3 Proper use
The oper tion l s fety of the device is ssured only in c se of proper use, ccording
to the oper tion m nu l.
All technic l ctivities like inst ll tion nd m inten nce must be performed by the
qu lified service personnel only.
Heater is designed for inner and outer spaces, and may be used outdoors and
in an enclosed space, provided that the safety instructions presented in this
operating manual are observed.
The heater is designed only for home use. Never use it in greenhouses, livestock
buildings nd simil r buildings.
AUTION!
Any use going beyond the intended purpose and/or any different use of the
device is forbidden and is not considered as conventional.
Any claims against the manufacturer or his authorized representative as a
consequence of experiencing damages resulting from unconventional use
are impossible.
The operator is liable for all damages resulting from inappropriate use.

If the delivery consists of speci l model, the ctu l scope of delivery m y differ from
the descriptions nd illustr tions in this m nu l. This is lso the c se for speci l orders
or when the device h s been modified in line with new technology.

3. Transport, packaging and storage
3.1 Delivery check
Ple se check the delivery upon completeness nd tr nsport d m ge immedi tely
fter receipt. In c se of visible d m ge do not ccept or ccept the delivery with
reserv tion only.
Note the extent of d m ge on the c rrier’s bill of delivery. Trigger off the compl int.
Hidden d m ges should be recl imed immedi tely fter notice, s cl ims for d m ges
c n only be sserted within the effective period for compl ints.
3.2 Packaging
Ple se do not throw w y the covering c rton of your device s it might be useful for
stor ge purposes, when moving or, in c se of d m ges, when the device must be sent
b ck to rep ir center. The outer nd inner p cking m teri l should be removed
completely from the device before inst ll tion.
If you liked to dispose the packing, consider the regulations applicable
in your country. Supply re-usable packing materials to the recycling.
Ple se inspect the device upon completeness. In c se ny p rt is missing ple se
cont ct our customer service center immedi tely.
3.3 Storage
Keep the p ck ge closed until inst ll tion nd under consider tion of the outside
indic ted positioning- nd stor ge m rkings.
P ck ges should be stored under consider tion of the following:
- Do not store outdoors.
- Keep it dry nd dust-free.
- Do not expose it to ggressive medi .
- Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
- Avoid mech nic l shocks nd vibr tion.
- In c se of longer stor ge (> 3 months) m ke sure you check
the st te of the p ck ging nd the p rts regul rly.
If required refresh or renew.
