INSTALLATION:
To install 883 into a 500 series box:
- Turn off the power to the 500 series chassis.
- Unpack the mo ule an ensure the rear connector is free of ebris.
- Align an sli e the mo ule into the 500 series chassis,
ensuring the connectors on the back properly seat with the connectors in the chassis.
- Install the inclu e screws to secure the 883 to the chassis.
- Power on the chassis.

Operation:
Always turn off the power supply when you connect the microphone
to the input or the Analog-Digital Converter (ADC) to the
preamplifier output!
Make sure the main power is off an the +48V phantom power is off.
Connect your microphone,
Turn the Gain knob fully counter-clockwise,
Increase the gain until the re LED flashes occasionally.
The re le in icates that the signal is 3 b below the over rive level.
TI : If you are an enthusiast of clipping drums,
883 sounds perfect with sm57 on snare - overrated too!

Troubleshooting:
1.Power LED oes not light - no power supply:
-Check the power cable in the 500' lunchbox,
-Put the evice into a ifferent slot,
The evice still oes not work? Contact us.
2.Power LED ok, no soun
-Check microphone, check mic cable. If possible - check
the soun with another cable an a microphone.
If you are using a microphone that requires Fantom voltage -
make sure that the + 48V button is on.
WARRANTY STATEMENT:
1.Au iokultura warranties this pro uct to be free from efect in materials
an workmanship for three years from ate of purchase.
2.A copy of the original purchase receipt must be provi e for any
warranty service.
3.This warranty is transferrable.
4.Any unit foun efective within three years from the purchase ate an
returne to the factory will be repaire or replace an sent to the
customer with no charge.
The customer always pays the shipping cost to factory.
5.Mo ule must be secure in ESD bag.
