General Tips
• The vacuum sealing process extends the life of food by removing
most of the air from the sealed bag/container. This reduced oxidation,
which affects nutritional value, flavor and overall quality. Removing air
can also inhibit growth of microorganisms, which can cause problems
under certain conditions.
• Leave enough empty space in the open end of the bag so that it can
be placed in the vacuum chamber area without creating wrinkles or
ripples.
• Press the bag to discharge extra air from it before vacuuming for
smoother operation.
• Wait 30 seconds between seals to allow the product to cool.
