⑴. Characteristics:
S Series Clean Bench （herein after briefly called Clean Bench ）is a kind of
general-purpose air purifying equipment that provides local high cleanliness work
environment. It is mainly used in medical institutions, and also industries and scientific
laboratories such as electron, national defense, precision instrument & meter, pharmacy,
chemical industry, agriculture and biology etc. It may help on improving process
environment, product quality and product yield.

Temperature：5℃～40℃.
Relative Humidity：no more than 90%(at 40℃).
Air Pressure：86kPa～106kPa.
Altitude：Under 2km

⑶. Safety Precautions:
◆Basic Safety Precautions:
zClean bench is indoor equipment, please do not use it outdoors. And Keep the
product away from dust and vibration sources.
zClean bench is not explosion-proof, it is strictly prohibited to use it in flammable and
explosive environment.
zPlease put clean bench on the even ground and keep it away from air flow
interference.
zDo not clean the clean bench with organic solvent so as to avoid damaging the
surface coating or causing discoloration.
zDo not use the product in the low/high temp, wetter, dew over, lampblack, dusty and
chemical etching locations.
zDo not wash the clean bench with water.
zDo not impact against glass in order to avoid injury of human body.
zReserve enough maintenance space while locating the clean bench.

◆Electrical Safety Precautions:
zPlease locate the product on its place before wiring and power on.
zMake sure the rated voltage and frequency of the product conform with the input
power specifications to avoid damaging the electric units and causing fire.
zThis product must be reliable grounding to ensure its safe use.
zIt is forbidden to refit the electrical wiring of the product without authorization.
zDo not put the weight on the power supply lead or clamp it, so as not to cause fire,
electric shock due to power supply wire breakage.
zDuring maintenance, only the professional electrical personnel are allowed to replace
the fuse inside the molten core, and ensure that its capacity specification and type
are the same as the original, shall not alter its capacity.
zPlease shut off the power supply when stopping using for long time.
◆Operation Safety Precautions:
zProhibit ON/OFF the switches repeatedly in a minute, in order to avoid damage due
to frequent movements.
zDo not do record, writing on the clean bench, so as not to interfere with the airflow
form.
zDo not block the air inlet of the per-filter, so as not to affect the intake-air volume.
zIf the product was working abnormally, should stop running and shut off the power
first, then inform the professionals to repair, can also contact the distributor or the
manufacturer.
◆Special Notice:
zBefore leaving factory, the fan has been set in “STD” mode. Please read this manual
carefully to familiarize yourself with this product, and keep this manual near the clean
bench for convenient reference.
zThe clean bench power cord must be connected to the grounded socket, to ensure
the safe use.
zFor the clean bench which is with UV light, it is forbidden to look straightly at the UV
light lest might cause injury of eyes.
zBan any item with biological hazards, toxic and harmful substances in the clean
bench, so as to avoid the operator injury or environmental contamination.
zRegularly check the filters’ condition and monitor its service life, deal with any
problem strictly according to maintenance clause.

As shown in Fig.1 & 2, the clean bench consists of the body case, HEPA filter, air supply
fan unit, working table and control panel etc. The body of the case is made of thin steel
plate and its surface is sprayed with lacquer.

The clean bench uses fan with variable air volume system, by switching the fan speed to
keep the average air velocity in ideal range; therefore prolong the service life of HEPA
filter.
The flow type of the Series VS Clean Bench is vertical laminar flow, and Series HS Clean
Bench adopts the horizontal laminar flow type.
The ambient air is taken by a centrifugal fan through a pre-filter into the pressure box, in
which it can be secondary filtered by HEPA filter and then the air with specified
cleanliness and specified air velocity will go into the working area and bring away the dust
inside to reform a high cleanliness environment.
⑴. The clean bench should be used in clean room or cleaner environment.
⑵. Please put the product on the even ground and keep it away from interferential air
flow.
⑶. Caution is necessary when opening the unit package and locating it. Collision or
falling is prohibited.
⑷. Please keep enough space for maintenance. (30cm from air inlet is recommended.)
⑸. Before power on, make sure the rated voltage and frequency of the product agree
with the input power specifications.
⑹. Before running, please make sure the input voltage and frequency is as required in
order to avoid damaging the electric units and causing fire.
⑺. The clean bench power plug must be connected to the grounded socket, to ensure
the safe use.
⑻. This product is equipped with Universal Wheels, can use them for movement. If the
ground is not suitable for wheels moving, please use forklift for handling.
⑼. This product is an isolated machine, with no any accessories and no need to connect
with any other devices while using.

As shown in the Fig 3, there are buttons on the panel: Fan Button (with light),
Light Button (with light), Light/Sterilizing Button (with light), and LED Air
Velocity Director.
