General Checks and Advice
1) Installati n
•Place the unit n a flat surface r m unt in a secure rack case.
•Be sure the player is m unted in a well ventilated area and is n t exp sed t direct
sunlight, high temperatures r high humidity.
•Keep the unit as far away as p ssible fr m TVs and tuners as the unit may cause
undesirable interference t these devices.
General Functions and Controls
1. POWER SWITCH This switch is used t c ntr l the unit's main p wer.
2. PRESET MEMORY 1 10 – Press t select the pre set radi stati ns 1-5 r t access the
sec ndary mem ry 6-10 press shift f ll wed by the marked number. T save a preset
stati n t a mem ry butt n press and h ld the number y u want t save t f r 5
sec nds and the unit will aut st re.
3. SHIFT – Used t access sec ndary functi ns n the c ntr l panel.
4. MODE The receiving band is changed between DAB and FM frequencies.
5. DOWN – Press t decrease the receiving frequency by 50kHz.
6. UP – Press t increase the receiving frequency by 50kHz.
7. AUTO SCAN – Press t start aut scanning feature. Once finished use the c ntr l wheel
t select the stati n.
8. SELECT – Press t c nfirm a selecti n.
9. MENU/INFO – Press t see the details f the radi stati n (DAB nly)
10. DISPLAY – Alpha numeric display.
11. REMOTE SENSOR – Infrared sens r f r rem te c ntr l.
12. CONTROL WHEEL – M ve left and right t t ggle thr ugh the radi stati ns and press
t c nfirm.
13. ANTENNA – Screw sl t f r the supplied antenna. This is needed especially f r DAB
signal
14. RCA OUTPUT – Unbalanced audi left and right.
15. IEC POWER INPUT – IEC s cket f r the supplied p wer lead.
