1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you and congratulations on purchasing your new Abilize Mobility Scooter.
Your scooter is designed to provide you with transportation ability, both indoors and
outdoors.
We pride ourselves on providing safe and comfortable products. Our goal is to ensure your
complete satisfaction. We sincerely hope you enjoy your Abilize Mobility Scooter.
Please read and observe all warnings and instructions provided in the owner’s manual before
you operate the various functions of this scooter. Also, please retain this booklet for future
reference.

2. IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
• Only one person at a time can ride the Scooter.
• Maximum load is 136 kg / 300 lbs pounds.
• Turn key o before getting on or o.
• Always drive carefully and be aware of others using the same area.
• Always use pedestrian crossings wherever possible. Take extreme care when crossing
roads.
• Do not drive on slope exceeding 8 degree, and take extreme care when turning on slope.
• Do not use full power when turning to sharp corner.
• Take great care and drive in low speed when backing up, riding downhill or on uneven
surface, and climbing curb.
• Please use the lowest speed when driving through a descending road or uneven terrain. If
speed is too fast, leave your hand o the handle bar, let the scooter stop. Make sure you
are safe and start again.
• The weight capacity limit can be dierent depending on ramp degree.
• A slow speed must always be used when ascending, descending or traversing a slope or
incline and also on uneven terrain, ramps and soft or loose surfaces, such as gravel or
grass.
• To prevent any danger, do not turn around at high speed while ascending or descending a
ramp.
• Scooter may not operate well in high humidity.
• Do not leave the powered scooter in a rain storm of any kind.
• Direct exposure to rain or dampness will cause the scooter to malfunction electrically and
mechanically; may cause the powered scooter to prematurely rust.
• Never put scooter in neutral when staying on slopes.
• Follow trac laws when riding outside.
• When scooter is on moving transport vehicles,
do not sit or stay on scooter.
• Your scooter is designed to support those with reduced mobility transport themselves
around both indoors & outdoors. This scooter is a Class B Scooter.

WARNING STICKER
1. Please read the instruction booklet carefully before using your scooter.
2. Do not drive the scooter on slippery surfaces or on slopes over 8 degrees limit.
3. Do not drive on a highway, crowded roads, or unfamiliar areas.
4. Do not turn at high speed in either forward or reverse.
5. Do no wash with water or leave scooter in humid environment since water can
damage the electronic parts.

Before attempting to drive the scooter unassisted, it is important that you familiarize yourself
with the controls and how to operate them.

Before operation, please remove Lock Nut (A) and press the button of Circuit Breaker
(B) to activate the system.
MAIN KEY SWITCH (C)
Turn the key to the right to turn the scooter
on.
Turn the key to the left to turn the scooter
and LED light on.
Turn the key to the centre position to turn
the scooter o.
THROTTLE (D AND D1)
1. To move forward, pull the right side of
Throttle (D)
2. To move backwards, pull the left side of
Throttle (D1 ).
3. Release the throttle to engage automatic
brake.
(Throttle (D) and (D1) can be reversed by local
dealers if required.)
SLEEP MODE
The scooter will go into “Sleep Mode” if no throttle activity is detected for 10 minutes.
When the scooter is in “Sleep Mode”, all control panel lights will turn o and the scooter will
be inoperable.
Cycle the power to “Wake Up” the scooter.
CAUTION
• Always ensure that the scooter is powered o before getting on or o the
scooter and before removing any items from the scooter.
• Turning the scooter OFF whilst driving will bring the scooter to an abrupt stop.
• Automatic braking is applied when the throttle is released. The scooter will
continue to travel a short buer distance, so keep a safe distance when
stopping to avoid danger.

4.1 IDENTIFICATION & OPERATION OF CONTROL PANEL
PANEL BACKLIGHT ADJUSTMENT
• Turn [ON] key switch
• Press and hold both acceleration [1] & deceleration [2]
buttons, then turn [OFF] the key switch.
• Wait for 2 seconds. The setting LED will ash.
• Exit the setting mode by pressing [3] or [4].
If no key is pressed within 15 seconds, the scooter will
automatically exit the setting mode.

CAUTION
• Before using the scooter, set the speed to low
• Drive at a low speed when coming to a downhill slope.
HORN
Press Horn Button [4] to sound a warning tone when
necessary. The sound & light will last until the button is
released.
BATTERY / ERROR LIGHT INDICATOR
The battery light shows the battery level status (See Page 15).
If the scooter has an error, the light indicator will start to ash
(See Page 18).
SPEED CONTROL
• Press the acceleration button to increase the speed.
• Press the deceleration button to decrease the speed.
• There are 3 dierent speed settings for the scooter, 3 High
Speed > 1 Low Speed.

HEAD-LIGHT / TAIL-LIGHT
• Press button [3] once to switch on the head-light and
tail - light
• Button [3] will be illuminated on the tiller panel.
• Switch o the Head-Light and Tail-Light by pressing button
[3] on the tiller panel.
The Tail-Light will always illuminate when the scooter speed is
reduced and when the brake is engaged.

TILLER ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
• Turn Cap (E) outwards and upwards to disengage the pin.
• Simultaneously, adjust the tiller fore-and-aft to the most comfortable angle. Release Cap (E)
and ensure the pin is fully engaged to lock the tiller into position.
SEAT ROTATION ADJUSTMENT
• Lift Lever (F1) upwards to disengage the pin.
• Simultaneously, rotate Seat (F) to the most comfortable angle. To lock the seat in position,
release Lever (F1) and ensure the pin is fully engaged.

CIRCUIT BREAKER
In the event that the scooter’s circuitry becomes overloaded or malfunctions, the circuit
breaker will trip and automatically cut o power to ensure user safety. To reactivate the
scooter, press button of Circuit Breaker (B).
FREE-WHEELING LEVER
The scooter can be pushed, when the Free-Wheeling Lever (G) is disengaged. To engage the
Free-Wheeling Lever (G) - Pull the free-wheeling lever upwards.
To disengage the Free-Wheeling Lever (G) - Push the free-wheeling lever downwards.
